There are 2 types..steamed chicken or baked chicken. We had a very nice chilli sauce to dip the chicken and also a very nice season sauce to pour over the chicken and rice. Then we also have a small bowl of soup to go with it. I need to cook it, too. But yours look delicious. Well Done!<br><br>Wow...the snow there!
