I think I may be getting a bit compulsive

I think the cat is thinking that she may need to find a new home because her "caregiver" is insane. This is my pancetta but I didn't really hang it in the living room. I took over Dr. Foods wine refrig for good and it is living here.

    Ok Ok this didn't freak me out :) if it was my cat, she would jump for that hanging pancetta!

    Awesome! I've been wanting to cure meat but I haven't a proper place to let the meat hang out. Can't wait to see how your pancetta turns out. :-)

    the living room would have been funnier:) but i use an old wine fridge too. i'm tackling bresaola for the umpteenth time hoping to get it right. love love pancetta- hope you tied super tight.
