Hi. Parker Anderson here. I am coming to you from Oakland, California. I am reporting on the conversation that I heard mom and Gammy having. It was about cooking dinner. BORING.... Gammy was telling mom that she was making fish for dinner. Mom was being polite as if she cared. So, Gammy made this fish and I heard that she really loved this recipe. I know that she didn't follow the recipe completely but only used the marinade for the fish.

Parker's Tuna Recipe
adapted from Gourmet | October 2009

For tuna:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 teaspoons finely chopped oregano
4 (6-ounces) tuna steaks, preferably albacore

Combine first 5 ingredients. Marinade tuna steaks for about 30 minutes at room temperature. Cook on grill pan until desired doneness.

There ya have it. I don't have teeth yet but I will try it out when I get older.
